The delay before an item is archived depends on the type of LightJar account.
- Files in 'active' accounts are never archived
- Files in 'managed' accounts are archived after 10 days of inactivity.
- Files in 'archived' accounts are archived after 3-5 days.
Archived items must be restored from the archive state before they can be downloaded, played, or shared. It can take from 4 to 24 hours to completely retrieve files from archive storage.
