LightJar subscribers, and recipients of shared Collections IN

- When sharing a media item or a collection, please include the item's title, file name, description, date, and place information. DONE for sharing a Collection, IN DEVELOPMENT for sharing a Media Item.
- When displaying a collection, also display the description for the collection. IN DEVELOPMENT
- Make it easier to share files between LightJar subscribers,
allowing transfer of files between accounts; eliminating need for
recipient to first download the files and then upload them into their
own LightJar account. IN PLANS FOR 2015
