What causes the message "No Items to Display"?

This message is displayed when any of the following situations are true.
  • there are indeed no items in your LightJar account
  • there are no items in a LightJar collection
  • there are no items in your LightJar account that match the Search Box entries, or
  • there are no items in a LightJar Collection that match the Search Box entries.

If the message is believed to be an error, return to the My Media home page which allows you to start over your search for an item or display of a Collection.
